What are the toys made from?+
Every toy is printed with eco-friendly PLA (polylactic acid) plastic. PLA is plant-based, biodegradable, and one of the safest 3D printing materials around. It gives a smooth finish and holds colour beautifully.Are they safe for young children?+
These are display collectables — not toys built for rough play. They have small parts and fine details that can break if dropped or chewed. I recommend ages 6 and up, and ask that very little kids are kept away from them. Always supervise children around these pieces.How long does printing take?+
Each toy takes 4–8 hours to print, depending on size and complexity. After printing, me and dad inspect and clean it before packing. Made-to-order toys usually go out within 5–7 business days.Can I request a custom colour that isn't in the colour picker?+
Possibly! I have a wide range of filament colours beyond what's shown in the picker. Send an email to hello@issy3d.com.au with what you're after and I'll let you know if I can do it.Do you ship internationally?+
Not yet — I currently ship Australia-wide only. International shipping is on the list. Sign up to the newsletter to be the first to know when it's available.Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?+
If your order hasn't started printing yet, I can usually cancel or make changes — email me as soon as you can at hello@issy3d.com.au. Once printing has started I can't make changes, because the toy has already been made to your spec.What if my toy arrives broken?+
I pack everything carefully, but if something does break in transit, email me within 7 days with a photo and I'll reprint and reship at no cost. I stand behind every toy I make.Who designed the toys?+
Some toys are original designs by me and dad. Others are fan-favourite open designs that I've picked and print in my own colour combos. I always note when a design is from somewhere else.
