If something's wrong, I'll fix it. Promise.

If it arrives broken
I pack everything carefully, but if a toy turns up damaged, just email me at hello@issy3d.com.au within 7 days with a photo. I'll reprint and reship it at no cost — no questions, no fuss.
Made-to-order toys
Because every made-to-order toy is printed just for you in your chosen colours, I can't take change-of-mind returns on these. Have a good look at your colours before you place the order — and if you're not sure, email me first.
Mystery bags
Mystery bag and mystery box contents can't be swapped or returned — the mystery is the whole point! If your bag turns up damaged or empty, that's a different story — get in touch and I'll sort it.
In-stock toys
For toys marked “In Stock”, I'll take returns within 14 days of delivery as long as the toy is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping is at your cost.
