1. About Issy3D
Issy3D is a home-based 3D printing business in Australia. By placing an order on issy3d.com.au, you agree to these terms. Please read them before purchasing.
2. Products
All items are 3D printed to order using PLA or PETG plastic. Colours may vary slightly from screen to screen. Minor print lines or small variations are normal for 3D-printed items and are not considered defects.
3. Pricing & payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.
4. Orders & lead times
Most items are made to order. Lead times vary depending on the product and are displayed on each product page. We will notify you by email when your order ships. We reserve the right to cancel orders if a product cannot be fulfilled.
5. Shipping
We ship within Australia. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping. Shipping times and costs are outlined on our Shipping page. Issy3D is not responsible for delays caused by postal services.
6. Returns & refunds
Because items are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or is significantly different from what was described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We comply with Australian Consumer Law regarding consumer guarantees. 7. Custom orders
Customised products (colour selections, mystery bags) are made specifically for you. Custom orders cannot be refunded unless the item is faulty.
8. Intellectual property
All designs, images, and content on issy3d.com.au are owned by Issy3D. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Issy3D's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
